These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wang4d. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal age of majority in Indonesia for gambling activities. We strictly enforce age verification through government-issued identity document checks (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Any User found to be underage will have their account immediately terminated, all funds confiscated, and the matter reported to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' internet access and preventing underage gambling.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our services. wang4d is specifically designed for the Indonesian market and complies with international licensing requirements applicable to Indonesian players. We reserve the right to verify your location through IP address analysis, payment method verification, and identity document inspection.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are not legally prohibited from gambling due to court orders, voluntary self-exclusion programs, or other legal restrictions. You are using the platform voluntarily and are personally responsible for ensuring your participation complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You may maintain only one Account with wang4d. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details, constitute a serious violation of these Terms. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, void any associated bets, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.
To use wang4d services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identity card (KTP), valid email address, active mobile phone number, date of birth, residential address, and creating a secure password. You acknowledge that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
Following registration, you must complete mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian government-issued identity card (KTP), a recent selfie photograph holding your KTP for identity confirmation, and proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. This verification process typically completes within 2-24 hours of document submission. Your Account will have limited functionality until KYC verification is successfully completed. We cannot process withdrawals from unverified accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify wang4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
wang4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at our sole discretion if we detect violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, money laundering activity, chargebacks or payment disputes, or any other conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from your violation of these Terms.
wang4d supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier, ranging from IDR 50,000,000 to IDR 500,000,000 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 5 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
All transactions on wang4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted to IDR at prevailing market exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees charged by payment processors. You accept the risk of exchange rate fluctuations when depositing or withdrawing funds.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your wang4d Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and fund confiscation pending regulatory investigation.
You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and no ongoing investigations or disputes related to your Account. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). wang4d processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Larger withdrawals exceeding IDR 50,000,000 may require additional processing time up to 24 hours for enhanced security verification. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals.
wang4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or other fees outside our control. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment processors.
To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, we require that you wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit IDR 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least IDR 1,000,000 before requesting withdrawal of those funds. This policy prevents wang4d from being used as a money transfer service. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals that do not meet this requirement or appear suspicious.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback, and other incentives offered by wang4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published on our promotions page. These terms include wagering requirements (rollover), maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, eligible games or sports for bonus use, time limits for bonus usage, and withdrawal restrictions. You must carefully read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a IDR 500,000 bonus with 10x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling IDR 5,000,000 before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contribution varies by odds.
wang4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits, exploiting system errors or game malfunctions, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other manipulation of promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately closed, all bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.
All bets placed through wang4d are subject to acceptance by our trading team. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion before the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed and the event has commenced, it cannot be cancelled except in cases of obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions. You acknowledge that odds and betting limits may change without prior notice based on market conditions.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by governing sports bodies. For football (bandar bola), results are final after 90 minutes plus injury time unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts count only for bets explicitly stating "including extra time." Postponed matches are typically void unless rescheduled within 48 hours. Casino games including slots, table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), live dealer games, and other casino products are governed by their individual game rules published within each game. Random Number Generator (RNG) certification ensures fair outcomes. In the event of system malfunction or game error, all affected bets and winnings are void.
The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account termination: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches; insider information betting (information not publicly available); match-fixing involvement or related betting; arbitrage betting across multiple platforms; syndicate or coordinated betting designed to guarantee profits; chip dumping or collusion in player-versus-player games; or any other form of fraudulent or unfair betting activity.

wang4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to losses resulting from system downtime, technical malfunctions, interrupted service, errors in game outcomes, unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure credentials, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using the platform and close your Account. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of wang4d services, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] (email address shown for reference) to attempt informal resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against wang4d. This arbitration agreement and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by international commercial law applicable to offshore betting operators.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which wang4d operates its international gaming license. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration. However, wang4d retains the right to seek injunctive relief or enforce intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide.
